Returns for Damaged Products

At KIRAS – Beauty by Sam, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right with a replacement or refund.

If you receive a damaged product (such as cracked or broken items), please contact us at kirasbeautybysam@outlook.com or via one of our social media channels with details and clear photo or video evidence along with your order details so we can promptly look into it.

If the packaging or box appears damaged, kindly snap a photo before opening it—this helps us fairly assess your claim and find the best possible solution for you.

While we take great care in packing your items securely, minor dents or scuffs may occur during transit and are considered normal. Also, a bit of dusting around palette pans is typical and not classified as product damage.
